Our all-air guiding applications are equipped with a 10AF model Servo Controller. Working in between the air-flow sensor and actuator, the controller converts the signal sensor to a higher pressure for the air cylinder.
Adding filters on the Servo Controller prevents contamination from entering the servo controller while allowing the Servo to breathe. The filters will also reduce the mechanical noise coming from an already quiet unit.
The AFS38MP Sensor features a .375" (9.525mm) gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D braided hose.
This miniature sensor is primarily used on the narrow web or tight-fitting applications and has optional pneumatic piping configurations.
The AFS38M-KHS Sensor features a .375" (9.525mm) gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D. braided hose.
This miniature sensor is primarily used on the narrow web or tight-fitting applications.
The AFSFS1 Paddle Sensor is used when web materials are either too thick or porous to use with a stream of air and there is no problem with paddle making contact with the web's edge.
Model ACP30-X is a pneumatic cylinder with 3" bore.

This repair kit is for cylinders P30 through P60. The "X" designation is for the bore diameter and stroke (i.e., ACCRK-P50-3 has a bore diameter of 5.0" and a stroke of 3").
A model R10 Raceway Assembly Replacement base.
The "X" is the length of the base (i.e., RAR10-8.25 would have an overall length of 8.25").
This model's raceways shafts are 1" round (R10) with a single carrier block construction and linear bearings. Stainless steel shafts and bearings are available.
A model R75 Raceway Assembly Replacement base.

This model's raceways shafts are .75" round (R75) with a single carrier block construction and linear bearings. Stainless steel shafts and bearings are available.
RALBB-RXX — for replacement linear ball bushings used on Steering Guides, Roll Stand Controls, Large Displacement Guides, Shifting Stands, and Retrofit Kits.
The "XX" designation is for either .75" or 1.0" shafts (i.e., RALBB-R75 is for .75" shafts).
