The Servo Controller 10A model is used for all-air guiding applications. The controller converts the signal from the air-flow sensor to a higher actuator pressure for the air cylinder. 

Our all-air guiding applications are equipped with a 10AF model Servo Controller. Working in between the air-flow sensor and actuator, the controller converts the signal sensor to a higher pressure for the air cylinder.

Adding filters on the Servo Controller prevents contamination from entering the servo controller while allowing the Servo to breathe. The filters will also reduce the mechanical noise coming from an already quiet unit.

This Mounting Bracket allows you to install the Servo Controller on a vertical surface while maintaining it's correct upright position.

Made from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, this bracket will last the lifetime of your web guide.

The AFS38 Sensor features a .375" (9.525mm) gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D. braided hose.

This is the most common sensor used.

The AFS75 Sensors features a .75" (19.05mm) gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D braided hose.

The AFS150 Sensor features a 1.50" (38.1mm) sensor gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D. braided hose.

The AFS38MP Sensor features a .375" (9.525mm) gap. This sensor comes with push-lock fittings for 1/4" I.D. hose or optional brass barbed fittings for 3/8" I.D braided hose. 

This miniature sensor is primarily used on the narrow web or tight-fitting applications and has optional pneumatic piping configurations.

The AFSFS1 Paddle Sensor is used when web materials are either too thick or porous to use with a stream of air and there is no problem with paddle making contact with the web's edge.

This sensor bracket will slide along any 1" square bar and works with all of Coast Controls' sensors.

It features coarse and fine adjustments for dialing in the sensor location and is made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel.

This Sensor Mounting Bracket secures to a 3/4" square bar (included) and is primarily used on (but not limited to) the RDG5 Displacement guides.

Enables the operator to make coarse and fine adjustments to the sensor position.

(The air-flow sensor shown is not included.)

SMBSB — Sensor Mounting Bracket Square Bar is available in 1", 7/8" and 3/4" square anodized aluminum in various lengths and mounting hole locations.

Model ACP40-X is a pneumatic cylinder with 4" bore.

The "X" designation is for the stroke length
(i.e., ACP40-3 has a stroke length of 3").

Our cylinders come with push-lock fittings or optional brass barbed fittings, and all components constructed out of anodized 6061-T6 aluminum. The connecting rod has a 7/16-20 UNF thread that comes with a locking nut.

Model ACP60-X is a pneumatic cylinder with 6" bore.

The "X" designation is for the stroke length

This repair kit is for cylinders P30 through P60. The "X" designation is for the bore diameter and stroke (i.e., ACCRK-P50-3 has a bore diameter of 5.0" and a stroke of 3").

A model R75 Raceway Assembly Replacement base.

The "X" is the length of the base (i.e., RAR75-8.25 would have an overall length of 8.25").

This model's raceways shafts are .75" round (R75) with a single carrier block construction and linear bearings. Stainless steel shafts and bearings are available.

FRGAC — a complete two-stage cartridge(0.1µ) / coalescing(0.05µ) filter package with auto drain, pop-up indicator, 0-15 precision regulator and gauge.

This FRPAR is a precision low-pressure regulator that ranges from 0-15 PSI.

This FG15 model is a precision air gauge that ranges from 0-15 psi and 0-1 bar.

FRPUI — this replacement pop-up indicator reveals air restriction due to contaminations.

Only for filter sets with this pop-up indicator capabilities.

This is a 1/4-20 precision rod end with a threaded rod used on MDG4 and MDG5 web guide systems.

A rod alignment coupler with 7/16-20 thread.

Connects to the end of a piston rod to reduce the misalignment of pneumatic cylinders and prevent premature wear of there internal components.

Brass barbed fittings for one complete system. Used with 3/8" I.D. braided hose only.

For inflating core shafts, this Air Blow Gun has an air pressure range between 90-150 psi and features 1/4" inlet, 60mm rubber length, and a 20mm brass plug.

This 1/4" I.D. Polyurethane Air Hose includes 30-Feet per packet and is used with metal Push/Lock "one-touch" fittings.

This standard Auto Center Assembly with a 3-way push/pull selector valve is for guides with R10 (1.0" shaft) or R75 (.75" shaft) raceways.
