Anodizing aluminum protects the roller from corrosion allowing for improved lubrication, adhesion, and coloring.

Knurled

Knurling features a consistent pattern on the roller surface and provides a better 'grip' for your web material.

Plasma Coating

Plasma is a traction and release coating. It's best used in processes where traction control is needed.

Polyurethane Coated

Polyurethane features a superior abrasion resistance and the ability to withstand high temperatures.

Reverse Crown

With a smaller diameter in the center than on the ends, a Reverse Crown is tapered to spread the web out removing wrinkles.

Rubber Cork Tape

Cork & rubber co-polymer with acrylic adhesive.

Provides excellent grip for delicate materials.
