SYSTEM UPGRADE KIT
To bring Coast Controls' web guiding systems earlier models up to present manufacturing standards without purchasing a whole new system, we devised System Upgrade Kits.
The ideal candidate for a system upgrade would be any Coast Controls web guide with obvious signs of:
- Poor tracking
- Oil or other material contamination
- Old, damaged or contaminated oil filtration components
- Cracked or damaged plastic barbed fittings
- Improper or missing components (air filter, regulator, gauge, etc.)
Basic System Upgrade Kit includes
- Model 10A Servo Controller, Cylinder Rebuild Kit – select cylinder size (3 in. to 6 in.)
- Two-Stage Cartridge/Coalescing Filter
- Precision Regulator and Gauge Assembly with pop-up indicator
- 30 feet of 1/4-inch I.D. airline with push/lock fittings OR 30 feet of 3/8-inch I.D braided hose with brass barbed fittings

How to Order
Please specify the bore size, stroke requirements, and type of guide for each system upgrade ordered.
For Bore Size: measure the height of the air cylinder endplate.
For Stroke Size: measure the air cylinder length, without the endplates, and subtract that number by 1.4. (a 2.9" cylinder – 1.4" = 1.5" stroke).
Note: System Upgrade Kit excludes cylinders with a rolling diaphragm. System upgrades requiring an 8-inch cylinder are subject to special order pricing.
