This economic edge guide system checks and controls the edge or printed line's material position, thus allowing more precise alignment of the reels and avoiding material waste. All the parameters are settable on this operator panel.

The system displays the LCD's measured error, showing deviation values graphically and numerically—with optional zero settings for moving the offset level. 

In the most sophisticated systems, there is a motorized sensor. The center control can use two motorized sensors. The auto-center device allows for the shifting of the edge guide in a central position to start a new job with the same potential correction on both sides.

This control panel is ideally suited for all kinds of printing presses or converting machines.
