ST Displacement Guide Stacks feature multiple web guiding units on one common stand that are pre-engineered for each application. Each stack system comes completely assembled on a rugged vertical stand that is ready for production. Applications include (but not limited to) multi-wall bags, envelope, label, medical and food packaging, slitting, laminating, inspection machines and other narrow web applications where alignment of the web is crucial. No Electricity! No Electronics! No Hydraulics! The ST Displacement Guide Stacks are easy to install and setup.

  • Entry and exit spans must be parallel to each other and perpendicular to the plane of the guide's motion.
  • Web must enter and exit the guide at a 90° angle. Guide span must be approximately 1\2 - 1x’s the maximum web width.
  • The air-flow (edge) sensor must be securely mounted after the guide’s exit roller and within the first one-third of the exit span.
  • At least one idler roller must be located between the exiting guide roller and the process (printing, laminating, etc.).
